Provola cheese from Basicò village in Nebrodi Mounts
Made exclusively out of milk from the tradition of Basicò village in Nebrodi Mounts and aged at least 30 days in cellars in a natural way. Provolone cheese is sold entirely, slices are on average 800g. This is the minimum weight that you will find. We always try to send provola cheeses that exceed this weight.
