Produced following the ancient tradition of Nebrodi Mounts and only by hand without using machines, cut the tip of a knife, stuffed into natural gut and aged minimum for 90 days. The salami is sold entirely, slices are on average 450gr. This is the minimum weight that you will find. We always try to send salamis that exceed this weight.
