Cheeses from Sicily

The products of Sicilia Terra e  Aria Fuoco srls include many types of Sicilian cheeses.


Sicilia Terra Aria e Fuoco also means cheese.
We select the traditional Sicilian cheeses in small dairy farms. The sheep and cows are bred in pasture and not in cowsheds. This results in excellent quality milk.

The selected cheeses include:
  •  DOP Sicilian Pecorino
  • Vastedda from Belice Valley
  • Provola from Nebrodi Mountains
  • Canestrato
